Bobby Hull Biography

Canadian Hockey Hall of Famer Bobby Hull led the Chicago Black Hawks to a Stanley Cup championship and won two MVP Awards in the NHL before joining the World Hockey Assocition in 1972 and leading the Winnipeg Jets to three Avco Cup championships and capturing two more MVP Awards.  When he retired in 1980 he had accumulated 913 career goals and 1,808 points between the two leagues, making him one of the most prolific goal scorers of all-time, and securing him a spot among the best players to have ever played the game.In 1983 Hull was honored for his contributions in both the NHL and WHA with induction into the Hockey Hall of Fame.  After his career he mended his relationship with the Chicago Black Hawks and is now a team ambassador for his former franchise.  In 2009 Hull and his son, Brett, made history by becoming the first father-son combo to be inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame.
